No Refund Policy
At LeadIntent.ai, we are committed to providing high-quality lead generation services through LinkedIn engagement data extraction. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.
1. No Refunds
LeadIntent.ai operates a strict no refund policy. All sales are final upon completion of payment processing, and we do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after purchase
Underutilization of the service
Dissatisfaction with the service features
Technical issues outside of our control
Changes to LinkedIn's platform or policies that may affect our service
2. Subscription Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. When you cancel your subscription:
You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing cycle
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
3. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate our service before making a purchase decision. We encourage all potential customers to take advantage of the free trial to ensure the service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
4. Exceptions
In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our no-refund policy at our sole discretion. These exceptions might include:
Major service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours that are directly attributable to LeadIntent.ai
Erroneous duplicate charges for the same service period
Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment Disputes
We encourage users to contact our support team at sap@leadintent.ai with any concerns before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of service and account access.
6. Service Modifications
LeadIntent.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle subscribers to refunds.
